Here we present the standard magazine for introduction of sample cups into the combined mill/ press HP-MP. The cup magazine is available for stand-alone machines but can also be used for machines integrated into a linear or robot automation.
The carousel magazine allows the batch processing of up to 23 samples. The magazine is mounted on the front of the HP-MP and easily accessible by the operator using the sliding coverage. After insertion of the sample material into the HP-MP the empty cup is returned to the magazine and can be removed by the operator.
The magazine for steel rings has also 23 positions. This allows the fully-automatic processing of the maximum batch of 23 samples. If the HP-MP is equipped with an internal ring cleaning, used steel rings can be introduced without prior cleaning.
